Overview

Job title: Content Strategist

Location: Remote (UK)

Type of work: Full-time

Salary expectations: £40,000 - £50,000

Ideal start date: 1st November (flexible)

Mint Studios is a content marketing agency that helps fintech companies acquire customers and position themselves as experts with content. We use our four pillar framework to help fintech companies turn their blog into a customer acquisition channel.

Responsibilities
  • Lead content strategy for multiple clients and act as the client’s main point of contact
  • Manage a writer and ensure strong client retention
  • Collaborate with the founder and strategy team to deliver client outcomes through content
  • Create and execute strategies to help clients acquire customers with content
  • Act as a trusted advisor, strategist, and consultant for clients

The role involves content strategy, account management, and editing for 3 clients. Depending on churn or capacity, other activities may include: creating blog content for Mint Studios, doing client writing, and helping with hiring new team members.

What happens once you're hired

You’ll receive a 30/60/90-day plan to help you ramp up. The first 60 days focus on writing for clients; you’ll shadow a strategist and then lead clients yourself. Monthly one-on-ones with Araminta support career development.
