Argyll and Bute Council’s Health and Social Care Partnership in Rothesay is hiring a full-time Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity live more independently, in line with Keys to Life and Health and Social Care Standards: my support, my life.

You will provide person-centred, flexible support, promoting community inclusion, life skills, learning, and possible supported employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role or equivalent.
• Please see JDPS for Support Worker.

Responsabilités

• Support adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity in their own lives and in the community.
• Provide responsive, flexible, person-centred support that considers outcomes and wishes.
• Promote community inclusion and personal independence, helping people achieve life skills, learning, and individual goals.
