Job description

Full-Time Caretaker - Ramsgate (Thanet, Kent)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Salary: £24,425 per year

Your New Role

In this role, you will carry out a range of daily facilities duties to ensure the smooth running of the premises. You will support safe and efficient operations and meet all customer requirements to a high standard. Responsibilities include managing building operations and grounds in line with SLAs and KPIs, minimizing disruption to users.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure grounds are open and secured according to procedures
• Provide first-line response to reactive events
• Maintain premises safety and security
• Order, distribute, and store materials
• Manage security services, including CCTV and alarm systems
• Reorganize furniture as needed
• Log and close help desk jobs
• Perform building and grounds maintenance
• Carry out cleaning duties
• Ensure health and safety compliance

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic maintenance experience
