Job Description:

The role of the Care Assistant involves performing duties that help our customers live independently at home in a safe, secure, and comfortable environment.

As a Care Assistant, you will work within a Housing with Care Scheme, which provides purpose-built housing for elderly people, featuring individual homes designed to high standards, set in beautiful surroundings with access to communal facilities. These are intended to reduce social isolation and loneliness. Currently, we have full-time vacancies at our St Mary's House scheme in Lutterworth.

Your responsibilities include understanding the needs of each customer to support their physical wellbeing and personal independence. Effective communication with customers, their families, and healthcare professionals is essential. Tasks will vary based on individual needs and preferences.
