• No prior care experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Willingness to register for SCW pin within six months.

Location**:** St Albans,Swinton Street,CF24 2NT/ St.Saviours, 115 Splott Road, CF24 2BY

Shifts:Nights and days available 11/12 hour shifts (based on a Monday to Sunday on a rota)

Training:Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm in our South East Wales office at NP19 9ED

Payrate:£12.21 - £12.90 per hour

Sponsorship:We do not provide sponsorship for this role

Social Care Wales:You will have six months from starting the position to register for your SCW pin

We are looking for supportive, caring people to join our amazing team of professionals. It’s secure work. You’ll get full training. And unlike many careers, you can progress whether you’re part-time or full-time.

Care experience is NOT necessary, and we can work with over 18’s.

Getting creative

Our approach is all about activities and co-production with the people we support. It might be cooking one day and gardening the next. Or creating some art or listening to music. We like to get out and about too– with movie nights at the cinema, food outings, or shopping and a coffee. There are sports fans who you’d take to bowling or to watch a team.

There is of course practical support too and helping people to reach their goals in smaller ways. You’d manage medication, shopping, health needs and hygiene as well as keep things tidy and safe.
