Job summary

Home Instead is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our community team covering Aylesbury Vale, North East Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will visit clients in their homes, providing personal care and companionship with guaranteed contracted hours and full-time options.

Travel between clients is required; mileage is paid at 45p per mile, with annual leave and pension enrollment. No specific qualifications are required, and we offer thorough onboarding and industry-leading

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our friendly Care Assistant team out in the community providing home visits. This role offers full-time hours.

Care Assistant Responsibilities

Being a community based, the role requires travel between clients. The main areas we cover are Thame, Aylesbury, and Leighton Buzzard, alongside the surrounding villages.

No specific qualifications or experience are required for this role! We would love to hear about any transferable skills which you have.

Our Care Assistant team is made up of individuals from an array of different experience levels, brought together by a shared passion to provide-person centered, high-quality care.
