Job Title: Care and Support Worker (full time) Car driver

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for caring for the health and well-being of individuals who need companionship, home help, or personal care tasks, which may be due to operation, injury, mobility or memory issues, illness, or chronic conditions. Your role is crucial in supporting our clients to do more of what matters to them.

You will encourage clients to consider different ways of support or lifestyle changes, including self-care, technology, aids and adaptations, family support, community involvement, and other services.
