We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our vibrant bar based in Southgate, North London. We are seeking someone reliable, with previous experience making cocktails, who is creative, organized, and a happy individual.
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar.
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks.
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.
- Checking customers’ identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
- Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience.
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience with mixing alcohol and creating cocktails/mocktails REQUIRED.
