Job Opportunity: Bar/Porter Staff at The Barnstaple Hotel

Position Details:

• Evening and weekend hours required
• Salary: up to £12.21 per hour
• Location: The Barnstaple Hotel

Role Overview:

Assist the Bar Manager in running the bar efficiently and profitably. Maintain stock control, foster excellent customer relationships, and provide outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:

Bar Staff:

• Prepare the bar area daily
• Know the drinks menu thoroughly
• Manage stock levels and cleanliness of glasses
• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests

Porter Role:

• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and show them to rooms
• Perform cleaning, light gardening, and maintenance tasks
• Serve beverages in various settings
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies
• Support other departments as needed
