Lab378 is at the forefront of AI-driven solutions, building scalable conversational experiences and multi-agent systems to transform how businesses engage with customers. Our core product for the real-estate sector uses a voice-enabled AI assistant (“Livia”) to guide property seekers through personalized, real-time home searches and onboarding journeys that drive adoption, satisfaction, and conversions.

What will you be doing?

• Platform Management & Scaling - Own and evolve our web platform’s architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and security as usage grows.
• Voice-First & Conversational Features - Integrate and optimize voice APIs (e.g., Google Speech, Twilio) for real-time, hands-free interactions with property seekers.
• Frontend Development (Vue.js / Nuxt.js) - Build, optimize, and refactor components and pages in Vue 3 and Nuxt.js—your expertise here will be critical to our product’s speed and user experience.
• Backend & API Development - Design, document, and maintain RESTful APIs in Python to power real-time conversational flows and data synchronization.
• AI & Prompt Engineering Collaboration - Work closely with AI specialists to integrate LLM-driven features (LangChain, custom prompts) into the platform, iterating quickly on UX and performance.
• Monitoring, Testing & CI/CD - Implement automated tests and continuous-integration pipelines; set up monitoring and alerting (GCP Stackdriver or equivalent) to maintain platform health.
• Documentation & Best Practices - Create clear runbooks, code samples, and technical docs to disseminate knowledge across the team and accelerate onboarding of new engineers.

What are we looking for?

• Startup Mindset: Enthusiastic about early-stage companies, comfortable wearing many hats, and excited to help build from the ground up.
• Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (recent grads welcome).
• Expertise in Vue.js & Nuxt.js — you’ve shipped multiple Vue/Nuxt applications, understand SSR vs. SPA trade-offs, and can tune performance.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore), GCP services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, etc.), and SQL databases.
• Passion for Voice-First & AI-Driven Tech, with hands-on experience integrating voice APIs and LLMs a big plus.
• Curiosity & Builder’s Mindset — you move fast, break problems into modular components, and consistently seek to learn and improve.

Nice-To-Haves

• Prior work with LangChain, vector databases, or other knowledge-retrieval systems.
• Experience containerizing applications with Docker and orchestrating them in Kubernetes.
• Background in CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Open-source contributions or personal projects showcasing your AI or platform work.
• Experience working with the US entities or organisations.
