Qualifications

• 5+ years with .NET stack including ASP.NET Core, Web API and React
• Azure cloud experience (App Services, Functions, Service Bus)
• Team leadership of hybrid development teams
• CI/CD and DevOps tooling experience
• Frontend with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development split 50:50 with team lead responsibilities
• Mentor team through code reviews and guidance
• Apply Clean Architecture and SOLID design principles
• Plan and deliver robust, modular, testable code
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate roadmap with senior team
• Remove risks and dependencies to meet delivery timelines
• Coach developers to grow key skills and accountability
