Centurion Management Systems Limited t/a Breathe HR in Horsham is hiring a Software Engineer to build features across React, Node and AWS. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, ensure testing and production health, and work closely with a fast-paced squad in a hybrid setup.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development with Claude Code and Codex, delivering secure, scalable software while mentoring juniors and collaborating across time zones. A strong emphasis on quality and user value pervades the role.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with React and Node.
• Experience delivering features end-to-end from design to production.
• Knowledge of AWS-based architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices (OWASP).
• Ability to work with AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features and epics from in-progress to production with clear scope and ownership.
• Own quality including tests, non-functional requirements, and production health.
• Release behind feature flags and verify post-deployment health.
• Participate in on-call/incident response and post-mortems.
• Collaborate on system design and API specs with global teams.
