Job summary

You will collaborate across Product and QA, follow SDLC, contribute to code reviews, write documentation, and stay current with best practices. Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years experience; on-site collaboration in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET C#, ASP.NET Core/Web API, React, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong object-oriented programming, design patterns, SDLC, data structures, and Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud deployment and Python or other languages.
• Ability to develop reusable component libraries or shared frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Vite or similar front-end build tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, .NET C# Web API, and SQL.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Develop and optimize database queries and contribute to database design and performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and application issues.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop reusable components and shared functionality to improve development efficiency.
• Support application performance, scalability, and security initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, development tools, and industry best practices.
