PinPoint Middleware Test Company in Jersey is hiring a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain web applications that solve real problems for our users. You will work across the stack, ship features end-to-end, and collaborate closely with product and design teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing PRs, debugging across the stack, and improving existing systems with good tests and documentation. A pragmatic mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production web applications.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Ruby, Python, Go) and one frontend framework (React, Vue).
• Experience with relational databases and Git.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• A pragmatic, ship-it mindset with a bias for simple solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and ship features in production code.
• Review pull requests and contribute to a healthy engineering culture.
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with product and design on requirements and trade-offs.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, including documentation and tests.
