WHAT TO EXPECT

A varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance data-driven solutions
  • Translate business needs into scalable, web-based tools using SQL and web technologies
  • Identify when Excel-based tools need to evolve into enterprise-grade systems
  • Take full ownership of your solutions, from concept to delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, HR, and IT
  • See your work in action—used daily by thousands across the business

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

A strong foundation in data and web technologies, with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database systems
  • Experience with web-based development technologies, primarily C# MVC
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor and support both users and team members
