Job Description

We are a diverse, global team of creators and technologists at Electronic Arts, dedicated to building innovative gaming experiences. We focus on developing cross-platform internal tooling applications with a user-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Technical Director overseeing project architecture.
• Develop reusable, testable, and extensible front-end components.
• Ensure security and reliability of web applications.
• Create features compatible across web and Electron platforms.
• Solve complex technical problems dynamically.
• Draft and review technical design documents and API specs.
• Maintain automated testing suites for front-end and back-end validation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on coding experience.
• Experience supporting scalable cloud-hosted web services.
• Knowledge of client/server architectures, multiple programming languages (TypeScript, JavaScript, C#), and modern frameworks (React, Angular).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure), and database query optimization.
• Strong software development, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Enthusiasm for peer learning and teaching.

Preferred:

• Experience in the gaming industry, Electron, open-source contributions, large-scale web services, or data-driven services.
