Full Stack Software Engineer: Public Sector Project (SC Cleared)

Contract Remote with some on-site (UK)

Tech: Node.js, React, Next.js, Azure, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-impact delivery team supporting a critical national law enforcement initiative. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining secure, scalable web applications and services, working across both the frontend and backend with modern technologies.

Tech Stack Includes:

Frontend & API: Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, ExpressJS, Docker, Azure Web Apps

Backend: Azure Functions (Node.js/TypeScript), Elasticsearch, Kubernetes

Security & Ops: Role-based access control, document-level security, audit, monitoring/alerting

Delivery: GDS framework, release management, service reliability

Requirements:

Strong experience across the full JavaScript stack

Comfortable with secure cloud-native app development

Familiarity with agile delivery and DevSecOps principles

Current SC clearance required as a minimum
