Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a proactive software engineer to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to delivery. The role involves hands-on coding, collaborating with a lead manager, and delivering high-quality IT solutions to clients.

You will work on front-end, back-end, and integrations, planning workflows while maintaining strong communication within the team. Hybrid working and UK travel are expected.

Qualifications

2+ years in the IT industry.
Degree in Software Engineering, CS, IT or similar.
Curiosity to explore new technologies.
Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
Proficient in Python or .NET.
Experience with databases (MongoDB, SQL, or Document DB).
Experience in native testing or automated test frameworks.
Experience in AWS or Azure, as well as Terraform.
Involvement in delivering major IT solutions.

Responsibilities

System development across front-end, back-end and integrations.
Workflow planning and process optimization.
Quality assurance and testing.
Implementing customer requirements for new features.
Analysis and design of overall solutions.
Daily collaboration with the team.
Managing full delivery life cycle.
