Job summary

Oliver Bernard in London is partnering with a fast-growing digital learning business to hire a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer who will own features end-to-end in a small, high-performing team.

You'll work across the stack (Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, APIs) and collaborate with founders to shape product direction, improve performance, and leverage AI-enabled workflows. Hybrid London role.

• Stripe or similar payment platform integrations
• Experience using AI-enabled engineering tools as part of your workflow
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A proactive mindset with a passion for building well-crafted software
• Video streaming platform experience
• SaaS or subscription product experience
• Experience working in small, fast-moving product teams
