Job summary

Oliver Bernard is partnering with a fast-growing digital learning business in London to hire a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer. You’ll own features end-to-end across a Rails-based platform, collaborating with founders, product and design teams to shape the product roadmap.

You’ll work with Ruby on Rails 8, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and Stripe, applying AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency. Significant ownership from day one and an opportunity to shape a new product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial Ruby on Rails experience.
• PostgreSQL, REST APIs and background processing.
• Stripe or similar payment platform integrations.
• Experience using AI-enabled engineering tools as part of your workflow.
• Video streaming platform experience.
• SaaS or subscription product experience.
• Experience working in small, fast-moving product teams.
