Overview

Full Stack Python Engineer. In-office role based in Fareham, Hampshire. Salary £30k - £45k plus benefits.

An established company embedded within the UK’s innovative tech hub is launching a pet tag tracking service with a unique proposition set to disrupt the sector. The company has a track record of successful ventures and significant prior income from previous projects. The office in Fareham (near Whiteley) offers a high-end environment with hybrid/remote options and strong tech investment, plus company benefits.

You will join a small team of Python Engineers and work closely with senior management and development teams to ensure the successful development of each project. There is opportunity to work hybrid/remote, with extensive tech & tools support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team of Python Engineers and stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to implementation.
• Leverage open source technologies and object-oriented programming to build solutions, primarily using Python, Django, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain APIs; work across back-end and front-end layers as part of a full-stack role.
• Contribute to building the product largely from scratch and help shape the architecture and best practices.
• Engage with senior management and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
