We're looking for a talented Senior Full stack .NET Engineer to help design, build and deliver high-performing technology that improves customer experience, drives business efficiency and reduces operating costs. You'll help shape technical direction and mentor others whilst championing engineering excellence and be a valued contributor to our broader engineering community. You'll bring curiosity, analytical thinking and a willingness to challenge how things are done - always looking for ways to improve engineering practices within your team. What You'll Do

• Design and build large-scale, high-performance services using the latest technologies and engineering standards.
• Work with technologies such as React.js, SQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, serverless functions and event-driven architecture.
• Implement and enhance cloud-based solutions across AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Help lead the technical roadmap, shaping the long-term architecture and engineering strategy.
• Share knowledge, contribute to best practices and enable continuous improvement within the engineering community.
• Lead the design and support of internal frameworks that enhance engineering capabilities across the Sainsbury's Group.
• Engineer across the entire product lifecycle-from inception through to decommissioning.
• Consider cost, scalability, and operational support implications in your technical decision-making.
