Role Overview:

The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the platform, requiring expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, scalable architecture, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to agile practices.
• Full-Stack Development: Design and develop features using React, Node.js, Directus, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and APIs.
• Matrix/Synapse Integration: Develop real-time messaging and collaboration features with Matrix/Synapse.
• Cloud & DevOps: Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Database & API Management: Design schemas and develop secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Performance Optimization

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Directus or similar headless CMS solutions
• Strong understanding of RESTful & GraphQL APIs
• Leadership experience in development teams
• Hands-on cloud platform and DevOps experience

• Experience with AI/ML integrations or recommendation systems
