You'll design and implement high-performance backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with founders and senior leaders to replace decades-old legacy systems and empower investment professionals globally.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Capital Markets, Investment Management, Electronic Trading or Financial Technology.
• Strong commercial experience with C, C++ or another systems programming language.
• Rust experience, whether that's commercial, open source or personal projects.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs.
• A passion for solving technically challenging problems.

Responsibilities

• You'll design and build high-performance software across the entire platform, from backend services and APIs through to cloud infrastructure and modern user interfaces.
• Working closely with the founders, CTO and product team, you'll solve difficult technical problems, contribute to architectural decisions and help build a platform designed to replace legacy investment management software.
