Job summary

Forward Role is partnering with a rapidly growing Tech for Good startup in Manchester, seeking a Full Stack Developer to help shape the product and engineering culture.

You’ll join a small, autonomous team responsible for frontend and backend work, APIs, and integrations, with a focus on greenfield features and owning parts of the product roadmap. Hybrid Manchester work pattern and a £50,000–£60,000 salary expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Commercial React experience.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience building products, APIs and integrations.
• Startup/scaleup environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Greenfield feature development.
• Building new user-facing functionality.
• Reporting dashboards and internal tooling.
• Improving booking and checkout experiences.
• Frontend enhancements and UX improvements.
• Future mobile application initiatives.
• Contributing ideas around product and technical direction.
