Model ML is an AI workflow platform transforming how financial institutions automate client-ready processes. We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team.

You will design and build scalable web applications using React and Next.js, with Python backend services, and contribute to deployment pipelines. You will collaborate with the founders and engineers to deliver features, mentor juniors, and help shape our cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven React/Next.js production experience.
• Strong backend experience with Python.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Build, test, and deploy backend services and APIs (Python/Django/FastAPI preferred).
• Collaborate with founders, growth team, designers, and other engineers to deliver features.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the stack.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure planning, deployment, and optimization in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
