Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced frontend-leaning full stack engineer to join a fast-growing tech business building AI-powered products. You will own features end-to-end across the stack, with a focus on frontend experiences in React and TypeScript and backend services in Python/Django.

You will collaborate across Product and Design, contribute to AI-powered development, and work within AWS cloud environments.

We're partnering with a fast-growing technology business building innovative AI-powered products used by customers across multiple markets. Following significant growth and continued investment, they're looking to add an experienced Frontend-Leaning Full Stack Engineer to their engineering team.

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, product-focused environment where engineers have genuine ownership, autonomy and influence over technical decisions.

While the role has strong focus on building exceptional frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, strong Python experience is essential, as you'll also be responsible for developing backend services, APIs and AI-driven functionality that powers the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web application using React and TypeScript.
• Design and build backend services, APIs and application logic using Python and Django.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver intuitive, user-focused experiences.
• Champion UI/UX best practices, accessibility and responsive design.
• Build features across the full stack from concept through to production.
• Contribute to AI-powered product development and intelligent workflows.
• Design, build and optimise scalable, cloud-based applications within AWS.
• Drive improvements in performance, reliability and user experience.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision making.

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Django.
• Excellent frontend development skills using React and TypeScript.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web application design.
• Experience building responsive and accessible web applications.
• Commercial experience working within AWS environments.
• A product-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working autonomously within modern engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, LLMs or AI-assisted development workflows would be highly beneficial.
