• Significant commercial experience in software engineering (5+ years ideal).
• A broad understanding of modern development practices, tools, and full-stack architecture.
• Experience building mobile apps—Swift experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Confidence working in Agile, collaborative environments.
• A strong grasp of engineering fundamentals—data structures, architecture, and clean code principles.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
• Bonus points for a mathematical or analytical background—though curiosity and problem-solving are just as valuable.
