Job description

We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures, including projects adjacent to our core businesses that are bootstrapped quickly with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Specifically, we focus on fiat wallet projects, providing better on/off ramps for multiple currencies across different countries. As a Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for these projects, which are closely related to our core business and developed rapidly with a small team.

Responsibilities

1. Engage in full stack development, propose architectural decisions, participate in design and code reviews, and implement products that connect Crypto.com to developers and end-users.
2. Develop prototypes for new fiat payment networks or platform concepts proposed by the team.
3. Take ownership of your projects, experimenting with new technologies and solutions.
4. Identify issues and implement solutions for complex problems in large-scale backend infrastructure and web platforms.
5. Manage documentation of all code and functionalities.
6. Collaborate closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.

Requirements

1. Passion for building first-class products that solve real-world problems, with experience across various technologies, self-motivation, quick learning ability, and a proactive approach.
2. Humility to accept and incorporate better ideas, eagerness to improve, and openness to challenges and new possibilities.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
4. Knowledge of financial domains or blockchain technology is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance issues.
6. Experience with web front-end development, especially React/Redux.
7. Knowledge of front-end frameworks and technologies such as React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux.
8. Experience with server-side programming languages like Ruby on Rails, Golang.
9. Understanding of global payment systems is a plus.
10. Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles.
