Job description

We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures, including projects adjacent to our core businesses that are bootstrapped quickly with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Specifically, we focus on software for fiat wallet projects, providing better on/off ramps for multiple currencies across different countries. As a Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing software for new fiat wallet initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack solutions, propose architectural decisions, participate in design and code reviews, and implement products connecting Crypto.com to developers and end-users.
• Create prototypes for new fiat payment networks or platform concepts.
• Own your projects, explore new technologies, and innovate.
• Identify and resolve complex issues in large-scale backend infrastructure and web platforms.
• Document all code and functionalities thoroughly.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to improve the tech stack for long-term initiatives.

Requirements

• Passion for building first-class products, experience with various technologies, self-motivated, quick learner, and result-oriented.
• Humility to accept better ideas, eagerness to improve, openness to challenges.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting stakeholder requirements.
• Knowledge of financial domains or blockchain technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance issues.
• Experience with web front-end development, especially React/Redux.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux).
• Knowledge of server-side languages such as Ruby on Rails or Golang.
• Understanding of global payment systems is advantageous.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for junior positions.
