As a Full Stack Engineer on the Livestreaming Team, youʼll be instrumental in shaping the core infrastructure that powers high-fidelity, low-latency video experiences at global scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize livestreaming and media delivery pipelines.
- Develop highly responsive, real-time frontends using Next.js and React that interface seamlessly with livestreaming backends.
- Architect scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines using AWS (e.g. Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, S3 to support mission-critical media workloads.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on video-first features like audience interaction, moderation tools, overlays, and recording systems.
- Solve tough engineering challenges around concurrency, stream quality, scalability, and platform interoperability.
- Collaborate closely with video engineers, product leaders, and UI/UX designers to ensure flawless end-user experiences.
- Take full ownership of your domain from design to deployment (infra, be, frontend), monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A seasoned full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in livestreaming, media infrastructure, or adjacent real-time systems.
- Proficient with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and NestJS, and confident in building full-stack apps from scratch.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (especially AWS, containerized deployments, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with WebRTC, HLS, media encoding, and low-latency video delivery is a strong plus
- Pragmatic, fast-moving, and capable of turning product ideas into robust, shippable software with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly and innovation is key.
- Eager to redefine how people experience live content through crypto-native tools and platforms.
