We’re BARK.LONDON – Most Innovative Global Performance Marketing Agency of The Year 2025, working with the best ecommerce brands in the world. Now, we're building a new product to modernise the insights experience powering the growth of the world’s biggest brands.

We’re looking for an exceptional full-stack engineer to join us full-time as the first dedicated engineer on the project. This is a rare opportunity to own the build of a real product, from MVP through scale, alongside a proven team of creatives, strategists, and data scientists.

Who we’re looking for

• Build like a founder. You think in bets, ship fast, sweat the details, and are an exceptional individual contributor.
• Live and breathe the online AI and marketing scene – you’re experimenting with tools and models before they trend.
• Know how to create beautiful, intuitive-to-use web applications without bloated teams or endless roadmaps.
• Think in systems: front-end, back-end, APIs, hosting, auth, and analytics – you stitch it all together fast and clean.
• Care about performance, UX, and making things feel right.
• Can demonstrate excellence in previous work: side projects, MVPs, or anything you’ve built. That’s more valuable to us than resumes.

What you’ll be working on

• A real product (not a prototype) that helps our agency continue to innovate and serve our ecommerce brands in a new way, directly helping them improve ROI.
• Modern features like: full LLM integration, dashboards, creative reporting, management, and asset generation.
• A modular, fast-to-deploy tech stack that supports rapid iteration.
• Direct collaboration with the founder and small team to define product, ship features, and talk to users weekly.

Requirements

• Full-stack excellence from frontend to backend, database, AI tooling, and deployment.
• A public body of work or side projects (GitHub, portfolio, X threads, indie apps, etc.)
• Deep curiosity and activity in AI tools, agents, automation, and LLM frameworks.
• Comfortable shipping solo and owning end-to-end dev.
• Bonus: experience building internal tools, marketing tech, or anything in ecommerce/ads.
