Job summary

Lindus Health is seeking a software engineer to help power the next generation of clinical trials from our London office. The role blends frontend (TypeScript/React), backend (Python/Node.js/Postgres), and infrastructure (AWS) in a fast-moving, VC-backed startup.

You’ll join a small, cross-functional team, work on the Citrus trial delivery platform, and contribute to onboarding and feature delivery in a high-ownership environment. Hybrid office arrangement with three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a team setting.
• Product-minded: understands why we build something and how it helps users.
• Adopts AI advances to improve work and outcomes.
• Comfort with a stack including frontend TypeScript/React, backend Python/Node.js/Postgres, and infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience scaling systems in production.
• Able to work independently yet collaborate well with others.
• Passionate about transforming the clinical trials landscape and drug development.
• Willingness to learn life at a high-growth, VC-backed startup.

Responsibilities

• Join a fast-paced squad and contribute to v2 product launch.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver features in Citrus.
• Develop across the stack and drive feature delivery in ongoing sprints.
• Gain familiarity with core stack components: React, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, Terraform, Kubernetes, Github Actions, Claude Code.
