I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented, ambitious team working on an early-stage product with high potential. The team is rebuilding infrastructure in a legacy industry from the ground up, emphasizing collaboration without silos or red tape.

Location: Preston, Lancashire

Working Policy: Onsite full-time - early-stage startup benefits from in-person collaboration

Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + meaningful equity
