I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented and ambitious team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with proven founders on an early-stage product with significant potential. The team is rebuilding the infrastructure of a legacy industry from the ground up, fostering a collaborative environment without silos or red tape.

Location: Ipswich

Working Policy: Onsite full-time, as the team values in-person collaboration during this early stage.

Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + meaningful equity. It’s an excellent time to join.
