Job summary

Plinth in London is building an AI-powered platform for charities. We are seeking a full stack developer who can own features from idea to production, with freedom to define your role.

You’ll work across frontend and backend in TypeScript, shaping architecture, and building onboarding tools for new customers. Expect shipping high-impact features and collaborating with a motivated team.

Location: London, Old Street; Salary £90-110k with meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• Broad exposure to technology and CS degree preferred but not required.
• Capable generalist who can move between frontend/backend/DevOps.
• Proven ability to ship products from idea to production.
• Experience shipping code in a team using Git and Agile.
• Familiarity with React and Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Ideally some charity sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Write frontend and backend code in TypeScript.
• Shape architecture for new and existing features.
• Build onboarding tools for new customers migrating platforms.
• Fix bugs and support customer success team.
