Plan:it is seeking a highly capable engineer to join as a full-stack role with a backend-leaning focus. You will take real ownership end-to-end, from shaping what gets built to shipping it into production, in a tech-for-good healthtech context.

The role emphasizes building scalable backend services, integrating AI systems, and collaborating with a tight-knit engineering team in a hybrid London setup. You’ll ship AI products to production and influence product direction with autonomy.

The Role:

Full-stack engineering role (backend-leaning) for someone who thinks like a product owner. You'll take real ownership end-to-end. From shaping what gets built to shipping it into production.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and scale backend services and APIs across the core platform
• Own features from requirements through to production
• Solve performance and reliability challenges at real-world scale
• Influence product direction alongside a tight-knit engineering team

Stack:

TypeScript - full-stack, backend-leaning - scalable API and service design, production data systems. Ideally, you'll have strong LLM and agentic AI experience. You'll be designing, integrating and shipping AI systems into production. Evaluation, testing and safe deployment matter as much as building.
