Job summary

Kpler in the United Kingdom seeks a Mid Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale core systems powering our product ecosystem. You will develop PHP backend services for billing and subscription management while crafting responsive UI with React and TypeScript.

Work closely with Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and CRM teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, ensuring reliability and strong CI/CD practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering with strong PHP backend.
• Solid SQL and REST API design experience across production systems.
• Frontend stack experience with TypeScript/React and Node.js.
• Proficient with Git, automated testing and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain PHP backend services, including billing and subscription systems.
• Craft responsive frontend experiences with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Ensure reliability with E2E tests, logging, retries, and recovery.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, CRM, and Revenue Ops teams.
• Drive code quality, modernize legacy components, and improve tooling.
• Maintain system health, SQL schemas, and CI/CD workflows.
