Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional squad building core services for apps and websites. You will architect, build and deploy APIs, web apps, data layers, and 3rd party integrations using NodeJS (TypeScript), React, PHP, .NET Core, MongoDB and SQL in AWS.

The role promotes a DevOps mindset and requires collaboration with Product, UX and Business teams, with hybrid working and a focus on engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial full stack development experience.
• Experience building web apps and APIs across stack (Node/TS, React, PHP, .NET core).
• Knowledge of RESTful services and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy APIs, web apps, and data layers across the stack.
• Collaborate with product and UX to design scalable solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud-native deployments on AWS.
• Ensure code quality through tests and pair programming where appropriate.
