Job summary

Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a Full Stack Web & Systems Developer. You will design, develop, integrate and maintain web applications and enterprise systems across frontend, backend and data layers. The role covers ecommerce, ERP, warehouse and operations integrations with a focus on secure, scalable solutions.

Hybrid working is available after training; hours are 37.5 per week with standard business pattern. Salary is DOE and reporting to Head of Technology.

Qualifications

• Must have a software engineering qualification or equivalent commercial experience.
• Strong experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Able to develop backend services and REST APIs.
• Extensive SQL/database knowledge and data processing.
• Experience with secure coding and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain responsive web applications and backend services.
• Build and support integrations between systems (ERP, ecommerce, warehouse).
• Develop and optimise SQL queries and data-processing solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve defects and incidents, addressing root causes.
• Maintain and improve existing applications and reduce technical debt.
• Apply CI/CD, automated testing and secure release practices.
