The Role

You will join a cross-functional engineering squad, contributing primarily to front-end development while supporting backend initiatives when required.

• Build scalable, reusable, and high-quality software with a strong focus on user experience and performance.


• Work with React and modern state management approaches to deliver engaging digital products.


• Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools as a core part of the engineering workflow.


• Review, test, and improve AI-generated code to ensure high quality and maintainability.


• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver new features and improvements.


• Contribute to backend services within a microservices architecture when required.


• Participate in planning, estimation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.


• Support the development of secure, scalable, and operationally robust applications.

Your Skills & Experience

• Deep knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices.


• Demonstrable experience using AI-assisted coding and agentic development tools within a production environment.


• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing methodologies, and code quality.


• Experience working with APIs, including GraphQL.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based development environments.


• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and clean architecture.


• Experience producing technical documentation and working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.


• Exposure to backend development using Java or Kotlin is highly desirable.


• Knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is beneficial.


• Comfortable working across both front-end and backend development where needed.
