Your Role as a Full-Stack Engineer

As a Full-Stack Engineer at ezyCollect, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients' success. You'll work closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to solve real business problems, design custom solutions, and help shape our evolving products. You will interact with multiple languages, frameworks, and tools daily, collaborating as part of a cross-functional team to achieve client and business outcomes.

The Role

• Solve Customer Problems: Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex scenarios, and propose solutions.
• Distil and Communicate Needs: Gather insights from client interactions and translate these into actionable feedback for teams.
• Collaborate on RFPs and Requirements: Work with the Product Owner on detailed customer needs and craft value-driven proposals.
• Prepare POCs: Demonstrate ezyCollect's capabilities through proofs-of-concept and demos.
• Build & Maintain Customisations: Own technical changes across offerings, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Partner with Product Teams: Assist in migrating and integrating custom solutions into core products.
• Maintain Quality & Standards: Advocate for best coding and architectural practices, ensuring maintainable code.

The Role Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with React JS or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architectures, Cloud-native solutions (Kubernetes, CI/CD), AWS (Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS), REST APIs, automated testing, and Git.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech or SaaS environments.
• Experience working remotely and with multicultural teams.
