Full-Stack Developers – Contract (6 Months) – Remote First

We’re looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join an established agile team working on a high-impact public service platform. This is a 6-month contract to temporarily boost delivery capacity for a system built on GDS standards. The role is remote-first, but there is an expectation for the consultant to visit client sites on occasions.

The ideal candidate will have seasoned experience building systems—ideally across cycles such as Alpha, Beta, Live—with strong demonstrable experience in DevOps.

• Delivering end-to-end web applications as part of a hybrid scrum team.
• Translating business and user needs into secure, accessible, reusable features.
• Refactoring and enhancing existing codebases.
• Working closely with developers, designers, analysts, and product owners.
• Contributing to best practices in version control, testing, and DevOps.
