Job summary

LTM is expanding its technology team in Sheffield, seeking a Full Stack Engineer to work with engineers across the globe. You will own the software development lifecycle for the changes you implement and help deliver timely fixes.

The role requires 5 years of Java development, a CS degree, and strong communication. You will collaborate with operations and IT teams, applying DevOps and SRE practices to maintain quality and resilience.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in java development.
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Self-motivated with fast learning and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with DevOps and SRE, with strong problem solving.
• Experience with CI/CD and build processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global team of engineers.
• Own the software development lifecycle for changes you implement.
• Remediate defects and fixes under tight deadlines.
• Maintain code quality, defects, vulnerabilities, and enhancements.
• Assist Operations with remediation through tooling.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure data quality and TTR protection.
• Work within a POD with a defined charter.

Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Sheffield, UK

Contract: 6 Months

Job Description

• Work with a team of engineers and collaborate with colleagues globally
• Responsible for the software development lifecycle of the changes you implement
• Remediation working to tight deadlines to turn around small incremental fixes quickly and safely
• Maintain code base defects vulnerabilities enhancements etc
• Assist Operations with remediation efforts through tooling and building upon existing capabilities
• Liaise with Asset Class IT teams to improve the quality of the input data and protect the TTR solution from absorbing workaroundscomplexity
• Working within a POD with a defined charter

Skills Required

• 5 years experience in java development Degree in Computer Science or related discipline Selfmotivated person who is enthusiastic and has proven fast learning capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements
• Proactive approach to identifying issues presenting solutions and options
• Familiar with DevOps concepts and SRE Strong problem solving skills with a proven track record of delivery
