We’re working with a well-established company in the analytics and data insight space, powering smarter decision-making across sectors like retail, finance, and logistics. As they continue to scale, they’re hiring a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer with strong AWS expertise and the ability to lead a small engineering team.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to step into a leadership position, shape architectural decisions, and help deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions for a platform trusted by enterprise clients.

Location: Portsmouth (Onsite)

Interview Process: 3 stages

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure
• Comfortable working across the stack – front-end and back-end
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams or projects
• Strong communicator, proactive and collaborative

Bonus: exposure to analytics or enterprise SaaS platforms
