Job summary

Synapri is seeking a junior to mid-level Full-Stack Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team in the gaming sector. You’ll work across the full stack within Agile/Scrum squads, contributing to both backend and frontend work while learning across domains.

The role is 3 days onsite in Milton Keynes, with a salary up to £50,000 plus benefits. Key tech includes Java/React, APIs, microservices, and Azure/AWS in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Full-Stack, Backend or Frontend engineer.
• Strong experience with Java and/or React.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Azure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineers, QAs, Technical Leads and Business Analysts.

Synapri are working with a Data and Software business operating in the gaming industry looking for a junior to mid-level Full-Stack Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team.

Our client are open to either a stronger background in either backend or frontend development provided you understand the wider stack and are keen to continue developing full-stack skills!

You’ll work within Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating with Engineers, QAs, Technical Leads and Business Analysts delivering tailored solutions while having the opportunity to work across different domain teams as priorities evolve, giving you excellent variety and exposure.

Location: 3 days onsite in Milton Keynes

Salary: up to £50,000 plus benefits

The core technology stack includes:

• Azure, with some AWS
• Microservices & APIs

We’re looking for someone with:

• Commercial experience as a Full-Stack, Backend or Frontend Engineer.
• Strong experience with Java and/or React.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Azure.
