Job description

What you will do in a typical day:

1. Tackle interesting performance and scalability challenges.
2. Meticulously refactor reports, reducing code size and runtime while preserving results.
3. Manage technical debt while delivering new features.
4. Code primarily in SQL and C# (occasionally in JavaScript) in a mixed environment (Windows and Linux, mostly Windows), utilizing AWS, SQL Server, Redshift, MongoDB, EntityFramework, and Core.
5. Participate in a Kanban/DevOps development process with fluid requirements, weekly scrums, and potential on-call duties via PagerDuty.
6. Advocate for continuous improvement, architecture, clean code, and good system design.
7. Use GitHub for source control and Jira for project management.
8. Review pull requests and ship frequently.
