What you’ll do:

• Write and ship high-quality, efficient, and reliable code that is extendible, scalable, and observable. You know how to move fast without breaking things.
• Take ideas to implementation to shipping. You intuitively know what a great product looks like and are not scared to speak up and challenge assumptions; you work well in a startup environment where requirements are high-level and autonomy is valued.
• Build modern web app backends and frontends
• Build beautiful UIs quickly in a modern frontend stack, and iterate quickly on them based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely in a small team to build world-class software fast

What we’re looking for:

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• The drive to work at an early-stage startup
• Extensive experience with modern Python for web app backends (e.g. FastAPI or similar), and, React/Redux/Typescript on the frontend
• Comfortable building APIs with a strong understanding of RPC frameworks. Experience with Golang, gRPC, Protobuf, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration systems such as Argo or Temporal is a plus.
