Job summary

Arrows in London is seeking a top-tier engineer to own both backend and frontend, delivering production-grade features at speed for a rapidly growing legal tech product.

You’ll scale the foundations with a scalable, robust Python backend and collaborate on a React-based UI to make our AI tools intuitive and widely adopted.

You’ll align with the founders on the roadmap, and help shape an engineering culture as we build a world-class team.

We are looking for top tier engineera to help us build both the front-end and back-end of our products at speed. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense engineering team in London.

What You’ll Own

• Scale the Foundations: Architect and build the core, scalable backend foundations from the ground up to support a massive global market.

Must-Haves

• Expert Python Skills: Deep experience building robust, production-ready backend systems.


• Database Mastery: Strong experience with PostgreSQL.


• Full-Stack Capability: Comfortable navigating both the back-end and modern front-end frameworks.


• Clear Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs.

• Frontend: Experience with TypeScript and React.


• Scaling: A track record of building and scaling commercial-grade software.
