Reccreate in London is seeking a top-tier engineer to join a visionary team at the forefront of AI-driven financial modelling. You will build a fast, intuitive UI, tackle complex rendering bugs, and optimise the AI agent’s data handling and context.

You’ll own backend improvements, resolve API issues, and scale deployments for speed and reliability. As you lead by example, you’ll grow into a technical leader, taking charge of major product segments and shaping the company’s long-term vision.

Role Overview

As a key member of this elite engineering team, you will:-

• Develop a fast, intuitive user interface, addressing complex rendering bugs and state issues.
• Enhance the AI agent’s ability to handle intricate data, improving its tool
• use and optimising its context.
• Take ownership of backend and infrastructure improvements, resolving low-level API bugs and optimising deployments for speed and reliability.
• Grow into a technical leader within the company, taking charge of significant product segments, leading teams, and contributing to the company’s long-term vision.

Skills and Experience Required

• Evidence of being a top centile engineer.
• High levels of initiative and determination.
• Experience with any of the following technologies is advantageous but not mandatory:
• Typescript, React, LLMs.
